At Gazalle Bicycle Repair Shop, we are committed to providing high-quality bicycles, e-bikes, electric scooters, parts, accessories, and repair services across Dubai. We want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase or service experience.

This Refund & Returns Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for both in-store and online (Cash on Delivery) orders.


1. Products Eligible for Exchange

You may request an exchange under the following conditions:

1.1 Defective or Damaged Products

  • If the product you received is defective, damaged, or not working, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery or purchase.

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • Physical damage caused after delivery is not covered.

1.2 Wrong Item Delivered

  • If an incorrect product was delivered, we will arrange a free replacement.

1.3 Unopened & Unused Products

Certain products may be returned within 1 day if they are:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • With all accessories, manuals, and tags

Note:
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items may not be returnable once opened:

  • Helmets

  • Gloves

  • Tubes

  • Certain accessories


2. Products Not Eligible for Return or Refund

The following items cannot be refunded or returned unless faulty:

  • Used bicycles, e-bikes, or scooters

  • Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper handling

  • Customized, modified, or specially-ordered items

  • Electronic parts installed on the bike

  • Spare parts once installed or used

  • Rental payments already consumed

  • Services already performed (repairs, tuning, maintenance)


3. Refund Policy for Services (Repairs & Maintenance)

We ensure high-quality workmanship. However:

  • If you are not satisfied with a repair service, please bring the bike/scooter back within 24 hours for inspection.

  • If the issue is related to our work, we will repair it again free of charge.

  • No cash refunds are offered for completed services.


4. Online Orders – Cash on Delivery (COD)

4.1 Inspection on Delivery

  • Customers may inspect the product at the time of delivery.

4.2 If You Refuse Delivery

You may refuse delivery if:

  • The product is damaged

  • The item is not what you ordered

4.3 After Delivery

  • Once delivery is accepted and payment is made, the above exchange conditions apply.

  • Any defects must be reported within 24 hours.


5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method
    (For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer).

  • Refund processing may take 5–15 working days, depending on the bank.

  • For exchanges, a replacement is provided immediately when available.


6. Warranty Claims

Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidental damage

  • Water damage to electrical components

  • Misuse or improper storage

We will assist customers with warranty support wherever applicable.
